Hey love, I see you. I know that you’re out there trying your best, but right now you feel stuck and overwhelmed.

I’ve been at that place of being depleted and burned out, and I know what it can feel like…

  • You’re feeling weighed down by anxiety, sleep deprived from stress, and unmotivated.

A little about me….



My name is Safiya Bouhouch, and I am a meditation and yoga instructor, as well as a holistic health coach.

My passion is supporting women through their journey of healing from anxiety and burnout to living life empowered.

I love sharing about the power of meditation and mindfulness; it’s truly transformed my life.

Before I started this work, I felt like a wreck physically and mentally. I woke up every morning exhausted and lived on coffee to keep me functioning at work. I worked at a job that looked great on paper but didn’t fulfill my sense of purpose.

I was trying to do it all - advance in my career, start a side business, have a social life, until one day I had a full blown anxiety attack at work. It was a wake up call that I ignored for a bit, until health issue after health issue came up and I knew I had to make a change.

Yoga and mindfulness along with a holistic approach to life transformed everything, and I am so grateful for how these tools have supported me in growing to a place where I now teach other women and support their healing.

I’ll be your guide and support system as you grow and blossom through this process of healing, and together we’ll develop a unique set of practices that works for you.

During this program you’ll receive:

  • 6 weeks of 1:1 mentorship, support, and guidance.

  • An in-depth 90 min intro call to assess where you’re at and create a strategy

  • 5 weekly 60 min calls to dive into specific action steps for your healing journey

  • Worksheets, and PDFs to support this journey

  • Unique strategies that help you grow from a place of your own natural strengths

  • Email and text support between sessions to keep you  on track


You’ll walk away from this program with:

  • An actionable game plan to integrate all the healing work into your regular life

  • A feeling of groundedness despite a hectic work or home environment

  • Mindfulness tools that work for you and fit into your lifestyle

  • Feeling confident in your ability to show up authentically and honor your own needs without guilt
